Hello Residents!
Our team is excited to be your new property manager starting on January 1, 2025.

Superior Property Group has extensive experience managing associations of all sizes, consistently delivering the highest level of service to you and the entire association. Our staff is dedicated to ensuring proper financial management, transparent and efficient communication, and hassle-free maintenance.
 
Our team collaborates closely with Boards and residents to ensure your community runs smoothly and includes a fully developed in-house team. Jared Pinkus, with over 10 years in urban planning and community building, brings a balanced, strategic approach. Owner Specialist Charina Rapi supports owners, while Association Specialist Janice Mendoza oversees improvement projects based on resident feedback and best practices.

Our maintenance team handles a wide range of needs efficiently and with quality. We’re proud to include a licensed plumber, general contractor, and electrician along with dedicated painters, cleaners, landscapers, and 24/7 bilingual emergency support. Maintenance is available for in-unit work as well as community improvements.

Part of the onboarding process for new owners is to ensure you have access to the Owner Portal, where you can enroll in E-pay or Auto-pay for your monthly dues and other expenses. Instructions and further details are posted on the Resident Portal.  The Superior team is always available for questions or concerns.

What does the Management Company do for you?
 
Superior Property Group was hired by the Board of Directors to assist in managing the Association. Superior works at the direction of the Board of Directors. They:
  • Assist the Board in adhering to the Association's Declaration, Bylaws, and Rules.
  • Manage the financial duties of the Association, including budget preparation, financial report creation, fee collection, and bill paying.
  • Coordinate vendors and contractors for common area maintenance and cleaning, both inside and outside the building.
  • Attend Board meetings and Annual meetings and provide agendas and minutes of meetings to Owners.
  • Provide access to Association documents such as financial reports, insurance policies, Board minutes, and annual budgets.
  • Answer questions and complaints from owners.
